This summer, the I've been maintaining the website http://www.dontpanicsailing.com. It has a regular blog, and results from racing on the Heart of Gold.
For the last few years, I've done the Kayak piece of this race with people from my office. We don't win, but it's AWESOME anyway! The race consists of: 1)Run 2)Kayak 3)Bike 4)Hike 5)Hike+Ski
Went to the Riv with a great gang. All peaks had at least SOME skiing open. Stayed over in Gorham over a bar where a semiformal was going on. That was loud but delightfully cheap.

Skied the Riv. 1 Trail, T2, open off the Barker Triple. Totally hilarious, but not tolerable for too long, due to mobs going to the little Terrain Park. It's hard to get sanctimonious, though...teenagers may have shit for brains, but they have commitment.
